Job Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating medium and long term human resources planning and rolling adjustment plan for the company and organize its implementation;
② According to the company's medium and long-term human resources planning, co-ordinate the guidance and supervision of the subordinate units of the Group to carry out human resources planning compilation and implementation of decomposition;
③ According to the company's human resources information construction work related arrangements to help co-ordinate the company's human resources information construction;
(4) Assisting in the development of EHR system, updating of data and preparation of report of utilization of human resources of the Company, co-ordinating the implementation of EHR system training and pushing
Extensive use of mobile systems;
⑤ Assisting in the recruitment, performance and routine management of personnel other than the top management of the Group headquarters;
⑥ to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
